Great seller! Very responsive and go the extra mile to help customer. I wanted to give my husband a surprise for his birthday with the Slinger. However, it is too big to hide but Greg helped to string wrapped it in black. There was no way that you can tell what’s inside. So the plan of giving my husband a surprise went very well and he loves the machine. He booked immediately a training session with Slinger and have been talking to his friends about it. Greg from Tennis Bot is super helpful in solving my problem! I bought the Lobster Elite Three machine in the US in 2012 while I was still living there. Ever since we moved to Jakarta few years ago, I haven't been able to use the machine. Couple of months a go, when I started playing tennis again and wanted to use the machine, it just could not work since it has been sitting in the garage for too long. I knew about Tennis Bot from Lobster website and then reached out to Greg. He immediately responded and provided some great advise and options on how to get my machine fixed. I then ordered the server wheels and terminal battery adaptor from Tennis Bot and within couple of weeks I received those spare parts in Jakarta. The spare parts installation were easy (there is a video guide in the youtube) and finally I am able to hit some tennis balls again with the machine. Very happy. Thank you so much Greg for your help!
