Greg from Tennis Bot is super helpful in solving my problem! I bought the Lobster Elite Three machine in the US in 2012 while I was still living there. Ever since we moved to Jakarta few years ago, I haven't been able to use the machine. Couple of months a go, when I started playing tennis again and wanted to use the machine, it just could not work since it has been sitting in the garage for too long. I knew about Tennis Bot from Lobster website and then reached out to Greg. He immediately responded and provided some great advise and options on how to get my machine fixed. I then ordered the server wheels and terminal battery adaptor from Tennis Bot and within couple of weeks I received those spare parts in Jakarta. The spare parts installation were easy (there is a video guide in the youtube) and finally I am able to hit some tennis balls again with the machine. Very happy. Thank you so much Greg for your help!
