Thanks to our fully equipped service centers in Singapore and Hong Kong, our team combining more than 100+ years of technical expertise can fix any model of Lobster Sports Elite tennis ball machine or Slinger – even if you did not purchase it from us originally!
Here is how our exclusive after-sale service works:
- Please fill in this form, it will take no more than 3min to complete.
Describe the issue(s) you are facing. Be as precise and specific as possible: where/when it happens, what do you observe, what are the settings, etc. You may want to include pictures or videos to better explain the problem. - One of our staff will contact you within 3 working days and we will initiate the troubleshooting process by asking you a few questions remotely. This will help us determine whether or not you need to drop us your Lobster tennis ball machine or Slinger Bag
- If required, we will fix a time for you to drop us your machine and provide you with all the details to do so
Note: collection and delivery can be arranged in Singapore for an additional cost of S$30/trip - Upon conducting an initial assessment, our team will revert back and share the estimated repair costs.
Note: shall you decide not to proceed, part costs will not be charged but labour charges and pickup/drop-off fees (if any) will apply - After receiving your approval to proceed, we will proceed with repairing your machine
- Once your machine is fixed, we will get in touch and send you the payment details- full payment is required before collection. Our team will subsequently provide you with the collection details by email
