There can be a few issues for this. Initiate troubleshooting by checking on the following:
- Try using a different power plug, which you know works (i.e. which you normally use to charge your phone for instance)
- Make sure the adapter has been properly installed to the charger so that a strong connection is made. The picture below shows how a properly inserted adapter should look like:
3. Ensure that the charging end of the charger has been fully inserted into the front panel of the bag
