There can be a few issues for this. Initiate troubleshooting by checking on the following:
- Try using a different power plug, which you know works (e.g. you normally use it to charge your phone)
- Make sure the adapter has been properly installed to the charger so that a connection is made
- Ensure that the charging end of the charger has been fully inserted into the front panel of the bag
